This story begins in an OSB mill far far away... When Blair Hamre Alberta's most eligible bachelor was living his life burning rod, and fending off eligible women.

One day exhausted in his efforts his gaze wandered over to the strander deck where he gazed upon a woman with a oilers cart in tow. He thought to himself and then voiced to his best pals, "Who is this confident beautiful woman, i must know who she is!"

And approximately 10 months later he finally mustered the courage and asked her out. On May 17th/2023 Blair finally got to take Amy Hronek on their first fishing date.
